InterYeast® BREWER’S YEAST
- InterYeast® is a trade mark of the German producer of brewer’s yeast Leiber GmbH. InterYeast® brewer’s yeast is a high quality product made from malted barley, hops and water. No addition of other raw materials, nor Brewers´ yeast contains valuable vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Through fresh processing, short contact time and gentle drying at low temperatures, vitamins and ingredients are maintained in their native form. Furthermore, only selected qualities from the brewers´ fermenting cellars are processed to InterYeast Vital Brewer´s Yeast.

- InterYeast®Vital D is native gently roller-dried brewers´ yeast. It is used as ingredient in functional food and in food additives or in dietary supplements.
- InterYeast® Vital D-TG is native gently roller-dried brewers´ yeast. Its granulation supports in particular compression into tablets.
- InterYeast® Vital D CW is debittered and gently roller-dried brewers´ yeast. It is used as ingredient in functional food and in food additives or in dietary supplements.
- InterYeast®Vital D CW-TG is debittered and gently roller-dried brewers´ yeast. Its granulation supports in particular compression into tablets.
- InterYeast® Vital S is native and gently spray-dried brewers´ yeast. It is used as ingredient in functional food and in food additives or in dietary supplements.
